Angel Pins made with Butterfly Wings With Lines

All of our "Lady" angel pins can be worn as a pin, or as a pendant. They can also be used as a Christmas ornament. We love making these gifts with the dichroic art glass faces and hope that you will too. These angels were made with our elegant butterfly wings that have embossed lines.

Vanessa Trussel

This lovely angel pin is adorned with the flowered skirt (turned "upside down") as her crown. The pleated draped skirt is placed over the butterfly wings with lines. I topped this with the straight tailored bow. You can notice that the "tails" of the tailored bow follow the lines of the pleated skirt. Vanessa has a turquoise blue dichroic face.

Noel Christmas

For my Noel Angel I choose the embossed flared skirt with the large bow. The crown is again the flowered skirt "turned upside down". The red dichroic face makes this angel a perfect candidate for a red heart valentine or a Christmas present attached. Any of these angel pins could be used as a Christmas ornament, but this one looked so much like Christmas that I named her Noel.

This angel has the flowered skirt used as the crown AND as the skirt. I wanted to show you how precious this combination can be. Because this angel is shorter than most of the other angels, I choose the very smallest bow. However, when you experiment with the largest bow, the results could bring back memories of a preschool choir - really cute. The purple dichroic face and tilted halo adds just the right amount of sparkle.

Karen Drake

angel-pin-bwl-090

This lovely angel was created for Karen Drake. Karen was a dear friend when we both lived overseas. Our paths have crossed once more and it is so exciting to have dinner together and visit --just like old times. Well, Lake Jackson is not at all like Kuwait, but anywhere you find Karen -- you have found a true friend. Read about Karen Drake

This angel has a multicolor dichroic face that has been placed high on the flowered crown. When you compare with the angel above you can see the difference. Both are very pretty and it depends upon the "look" that you prefer. Even simple changes can effect the overall appearance of your angel. The straight tailored bow and tilted halo adds the "finishing touch" to this lovely silver angel.

Vena Lear

Vena was a gift for an "angel friend" who was retiring from Dow Chemical Co. Congratulations, Vena. Enjoy your retirement and remember that we are all thinking of you and wishing we could join you.

This lovely angel pin has the scalloped edge skirt and small bow. The angel face is a lovely dichroic brown and gold. I love to see these angel faces "come to life" in the sunlight. It is so exciting.
